The following questions were given to the parents and the child. Our aim is to ensure both the parent and child understands the Wrightchoice ethos. Any negatives will be turned into positives and the positives will be used for continued improvement.

Child Questions:

(WCSA) In what way has Wrightchoice benefited you at School?

(C) Has made me realise how important my school work is and has made me more confident and more disciplined.

(WCSA) How has Wrightchoice improved you as a player?

(C) Made me more confident and really feel they got the best out of me. The training was really good as well, I enjoyed it a lot.

(WCSA) How did Wrightchoice prepare you for going into Chelsea Academy?

(C) The training sessions are similar to what we do at Chelsea i.e. passing and moving, possession and game related practices, which made it a lot easier for me going into the Chelsea Academy.

(WCSA) Describe the relationship between you and the coaches at Wrightchoice?

(C) It was good because we were always treated as the same, we could laugh and joke but knew when we had to be serious so it was a good balance.

(WCSA) What do you enjoy most about the coaching at Wrightchoice?

(C) I liked the sessions because they are made like game situations and it helped me improve on my game a lot.

(WCSA) What has been your best moment at Wrightchoice?

(C) Playing in the Arsenal tournament in the seasons 2006/07 and 2007/08.

(WCSA) What player do you model yourself on and why?

(C) Steven Gerrard of Liverpool, I feel we play the same in the sense of we both like to tackle, are good passers of the ball and love to score goals.

Parent Questions:

(WCSA) How much do you feel the coaching at Wrightchoice has developed your child?

(P) A lot, Umpha has been with Wrightchoice since the age of 12. I feel that he wouldn’t be the player, or where he is now if it wasn’t for the good coaching he has received and the little chats they used to have with him. It has definitely brought out the confidence in him.

(WCSA)  In what way has the Wrightchoice organisation benefited your child outside of Football?

(P) He is lucky because he has come from a good home and gone into a good organization where they pride themselves on attitude and discipline.

(WCSA) Describe the relationship between your child and the coaches at Wrightchoice?

(P) Wonderful, he has just praise for the coaches in what they have done for him.

(WCSA) What would be your reasons for recommending Wrightchoice to other children/parents?

(P) My son as an example he wouldn’t be where he is now with his football and attitude.
