Wrightchoice 0 Purley Jubilee 1

Match Report:

Despite the windy conditions Wrightchoice and Purley produced a good game of football. As the score line suggests, the teams were very evenly matched and in the end only separated by a scrambled goal in the first half.

Both teams had chances in the second half. Nathan Lang and Jay Griffith both came close to equalising and Josh Harris struck the crossbar from long range. At the other end Purley were denied by two fantastic saves by Josh Broadley.

Overall the performance was a big improvement on the two previous weeks. The fair play award went to Josh Broadley for his good footwork in the first half and a excellent display in goal.
