| >> Chelsea FC Academy |
|
| Wrightchoice CSA was awarded a ‘mark of approval’ by Chelsea Football Clubs’ Academy in 2005. This approval serves as an indication of quality in the methods Wrightchoice CSA employs when working with young players. Chelsea have assisted Wrightchoice CSA in delivering our ‘We’re gonna make it’ Community Football project to children of all abilities aged 5-12 by providing equipment and financial support.
Chelsea Academy’s association with Wrightchoice CSA also gives members who excel at their respective age group within our organisation the opportunity to enter an elite pathway for player development. Chelsea’s Academy provides funding for Wrightchoice’s Elite Centre, which provides more in-depth personalised development for excelling young players.
In addition to providing an elite pathway for players, Chelsea’s Academy supplies a support network and development path for coaches. Our coaches are given the opportunity to access the knowledge bases of the Chelsea Academy staff and our young coaches are able to excel from community coaching projects to engaging in detailed coaching and player development.
