The following questions were given to the parents and the child. Our aim is to ensure both the parent and child understands the Wrightchoice ethos. Any negatives will be turned into positives and the positives will be used for continued improvement.

Child Questions:

(WCSA) In what way has Wrightchoice benefited you at School?

(C) The relationship between my manager and my parents allowed the coaches to keep up to date on my school work and they were able to have a word with me if need be.

(WCSA) How has Wrightchoice improved you as a player?

(C) They have encouraged me in all my time with them to use my weaker foot and have allowed me to express myself on the football pitch with my skills.

(WCSA) How did Wrightchoice prepare you for going into Southampton FC Academy?

(C) They gave me extra technical ability by training twice a week and I found the training sessions very similar to the ones at the academy.

(WCSA) Describe the relationship between you and the coaches at Wrightchoice?

(C) Very good i always felt as if i could ring them with any concerns i may have had.

(WCSA) What do you enjoy most about the coaching at Wrightchoice?

(C) Most of it is about skill and using the football.

(WCSA) What has been your best moment at Wrightchoice?

(C) The summer tournaments, travelling in the minibus with the boys and winning most of the tournaments

(WCSA) What player do you model yourself on and why?

(C) Christino Ronaldo of Manchester United because he's the best player in the world, his got Pace, power, skill and his also good in the air.

 

Parent Questions:

(WCSA) How much do you feel the coaching at Wrightchoice has developed your child?

(P) Training twice a week has been a massive benefit for my child as it has improved his technique and allowed him to go on to the next level at Southampton.

(WCSA) In what way has the Wrightchoice organisation benefited your child outside of Football?

(P) I was able to contact Fabian a lot regarding his school work, this helped as it was another positive influence for Lamin and we were able to use him missing football matches as a way of improving Lamin's work and behaviour at school.

(WCSA) Describe the relationship between your child and the coaches at Wrightchoice?

(P) A positive one, all the boys seem to have a good relationship with them, being able to call or text the manager regarding anything.

(WCSA) What would be your reasons for recommending Wrightchoice to other children/parents?

(P) It's a positive club that offers more than just your standard team.
