The following questions were given to the parents and the child. Our aim is to ensure both the parent and child understands the Wrightchoice ethos. Any negatives will be turned into positives and the positives will be used for continued improvement.

Child Questions:

(WCSA) In what way has Wrightchoice benefited you at School?

(C) It has changed my attitude towards my school work because I feel being positive at school would help me out when I’m playing football.

(WCSA) How has Wrightchoice improved you as a player?
   
(C) I believe Wrightchoice have helped me with my attitude towards football and my education on the game.

(WCSA) How did Wrightchoice prepare you for going into Reading FC Academy?

(C) It has changed my attitude in a positive way and getting ready for the next step in my development.

(WCSA) Describe the relationship between you and the coaches at Wrightchoice?

(C) I feel the relationship I have with the coaches is good, they are always there to help you and try and get the best out of you, they give you loads of confidence, but we have had our moments were we have disagreed.

(WCSA) What do you enjoy most about the coaching at Wrightchoice?
 
(C) The session are made fun and sometimes I feel that’s the best way for me to develop, also I learn something new all the time.
    
(WCSA) What has been your best moment at Wrightchoice?
  
(C) Training with the first team was a good experience for me.

(WCSA) What player do you model yourself on and why?

(C) Franck Ribery of Bayern Munich because his aggressive, works hard, his fast and he loves to score goals.

Parent Questions:

(WCSA) How much do you feel the coaching at Wrightchoice has developed your child?
  
(P) I feel Wrightchoice have helped Karlton a lot to develop into the player he is now and without the coaches and support he wouldn’t be where he is now.

(WCSA) In what way has the Wrightchoice organisation benefited your child outside of Football?

(P) Has giving him more of a better attitude of how to conduct him self of the pitch.

(WCSA) Describe the relationship between your child and the coaches at Wrightchoice?
   
(P) I feel they have built up a great relationship on and of the pitch, they are always looking out for him even now his at Reading.

(WCSA) What would be your reasons for recommending Wrightchoice to other children/parents?
   
(P) The ongoing development, support and advice they give the kids, they always have the kids interests come first.
