The following questions were given to the parents and the child. Our aim is to ensure both the parent and child understands the Wrightchoice ethos. Any negatives will be turned into positives and the positives will be used for continued improvement.

Child Questions:

(WCSA) In what way has Wrightchoice benefited you at School?

(C) It has made me more disciplined and realised how important school is, also has giving me more confidence in everything I do.

(WCSA) How has Wrightchoice improved you as a player?

(C) Wrightchoice have giving me the confidence to be a good player and really helped with my technique on the ball.

(WCSA) How did Wrightchoice prepare you for going into Reading FC Academy?

(C) Wrightchoice gave me the confidence and told me I was good enough to go and play at this level and if it wasn’t for the coaching I received I wouldn’t be where I am now.

Also If I ever left Reading I would love to go back and play for Wrightchoice.

(WCSA) Describe the relationship between you and the coaches at Wrightchoice?

(C) I had a good relationship with the coaches, they were fair, you could talk to them and they would always give you the confidence to go and play.

(WCSA) What do you enjoy most about the coaching at Wrightchoice?

(C) The sessions were all with a ball which I liked and the exercises were all fun based which made it more enjoyable.

(WCSA) What has been your best moment at Wrightchoice?

(C) When we won the Barton Rovers tournament 2006.

 (WCSA) What player do you model yourself on and why?

Parent Questions:

(WCSA) How much do you feel the coaching at Wrightchoice has developed your child?
  
(P) It has helped out with his discipline and as made a huge impacted on his football development, he wouldn’t be where he is now if it wasn’t for the coaching at Wrightchoice.

(WCSA) In what way has the Wrightchoice organisation benefited your child outside of Football?

(P) It has made him popular with his friends because of where he is now, made a big impact at school with the teachers and his discipline has improved so much.

(WCSA) Describe the relationship between your child and the coaches at Wrightchoice?
   
(P) Even though Josh is not at Wrightchoice anymore the coaches still have a big influence on Josh’s football and personality.

(WCSA) What would be your reasons for recommending Wrightchoice to other children/parents?
   
(P) They are very good with the developing of the kids; they strive on discipline and make sure they understand how important it is to do well at school. They work with all kinds of kids from different backgrounds and what ever there ability, they build up confidence and make the kids feel good about themselves which is fantastic.
