The following questions were given to the parents and the child. Our aim is to ensure both the parent and child understands the Wrightchoice ethos. Any negatives will be turned into positives and the positives will be used for continued improvement.
Child Questions:
(WCSA) In what way has Wrightchoice benefited you at School?
(C) It has made me more focused so I could achieve more for when I leave school, also it would give me more opportunities.
(WCSA) How has Wrightchoice improved you as a player?
(C)It allowed me to play without fear if I made any mistakes.
(WCSA) How did Wrightchoice prepare you for going into Southampton Academy?
(C) Wrightchoice has helped me learn the basics and help me grow into the player I am now.
(WCSA) Describe the relationship between you and the coaches at Wrightchoice?
(C I always had a good relationship with the coaches and they helped me from the first day I joined.
(WCSA) What do you enjoy most about the coaching at Wrightchoice?
(C) They made training sessions fun and enjoyable and I learned a lot from them.
(WCSA) What has been your best moment at Wrightchoice?
(C) Winning the first league trophy in my first year at Wrightchoice even though it was the first of many. Thank you Wrightchoice, Jordace Holder
(WCSA) What player do you model yourself on and why?
(C) Ryan Babel of Liverpool because his strong, has good pace and is unpredictable, I feel that’s what I am like when I play.
Parent Questions:
(WCSA) How much do you feel the coaching at Wrightchoice has developed your child?
(P) It allowed my son to express himself without the pressures of an academy status.
(WCSA) In what way has the Wrightchoice organisation benefited your child outside of Football?
(P) Wrightchoice has always been community based and allowed children from all backgrounds to interact with each other.
(WCSA) Describe the relationship between your child and the coaches at Wrightchoice?
(P) I found that the coaches were always willing to go that extra mile to encourage and cajole Jordace whether he was having a good game or a bad game.
(WCSA) What would be your reasons for recommending Wrightchoice to other children/parents?
(P) Due to the relationship Wrightchoice Organisation has with my son, Jordace Holder, it has pushed him to the level that he has now progressed to and we have found out this week that he’s been offered a 2 year scholarship with Southampton Football Club for the season of 2009/2011.
